Set the cafe's location and how strict the clock-in check should be. Stand at the staff entrance and click Use my current location to capture the centre point.
Points are awarded at clock-in based on punctuality. Bonus = total points × rand per point. Negative points (from being very late) reduce the bonus. Defaults: on time +10, slightly late +5, very late −5, and R1 per point.
When a staff member's shift goes past their scheduled end time, an automatic email alert is sent. Powered by EmailJS — free up to 200 emails per month.
1. Go to emailjs.com and create a free account
2. Add an Email Service (connect your Gmail or other email)
3. Create an Email Template — note your Service ID and Template ID
4. Go to Account → API Keys and copy your Public Key
5. Paste all three below and click Save

Set a Manager PIN and choose exactly what the manager can see and do. The manager signs in with their PIN and sees a filtered version of this dashboard. Leave the PIN blank to disable manager access entirely.
